Im gonna try WILD tonight i need some tips. This is what im gonna do..First of all im gonna do a WBTB then im gonna put on a bandana to help keep my eyes closed. Then im gonna use some pillows to get my head higher up so i might avoid swallowing then im gonna try count or visualize to get to my LD.
Wohoo i almost got lucid last night. I was trying what i described above but then i thought i better sleep so i went in the normal position. And then i started imagine playing baseball in school after i hit the ball i started running. And i heard a strange sound it was like waves behind my ears and everything started to get wierd but i got too excited so i ruined it.
