Just came across this website yesterday- blows me away!

I found Dream Views yesterday and couldn't stop reading. The idea that I may be able to control my dreams one day just blew me away, so I decided I'd try to strengthen my dream recollection and focus on one day being able to have lucid dreams.

I periodically did a reality checks throughout the day yesterday and decided to make a dream journal. It's really not a whole lot of work to do, and the results (lucid dreams) could be amazing.

I am a person that remembers my dreams probably only once every few months. Well, last night, I had instant results. I remembered three dreams- one of them very vividly- and I wrote them down in my journal. I'm going to keep doing this every night and just see what happens. This is some amazing stuff and this website is mind-boggling!

I know how you feel! It is so damn amazing that lucid dreaming exists, but so few people know about it. Believe me, it is even more amazing than it sounds

Congratulations on your success with dream recall. Even non-lucid dreams are incredible, and if you can remember a few every night, you are way ahead of most of the world.

Be sure to check out the Tutorials section if you get hungry for more guides:

Welcome to the site! Your off to a really good start, it took me a while before I started reality checking and made a dream journal. Good luck to you! Hope you have your first lucid soon man!

      Heres a very important tip:
The second you get lucid, do everything you can to stabilize and extend the dream. If you don't the dream will end abruptly. Two days ago I had 4 LUCID DREAMS in only four hours, but I didn't properly stabilize them and the longest one was only about 2 minutes!

Wecome to DV. I think you'll find folks here supportive and anxious to pass along tips and help in anyway they can. I'm new to the site and to LD'ing in general as well and have found journaling very very helpful. Keep up the RC's too.

Welcome to the site. I'm glad you've had results so fast. I hope it continues for you. Dreams respond well to being noticed. Have fun with them.

Hey learning to Lucid is like learning to ride a bike, once you know how it's easy, at least with the WILD technique.
