      Help!!!

Hey guys I've been LDing since I can't remember, but for a good while I stopped dreaming. Well, I'm back at it and I'm having a problem... How do I stay lucid in my dreams and how can I stop waking premature? I've tried dream spinning, but it doesn't seem to work. Also, do you guys have any tips on dream sharing or alternating your dreams?

Something that worked for me the other day was looking at my hands. I realized I was dreaming, and everything started falling apart. Colors were funky, images were spinning, and things were going black, but I just starred at my hands and remained calm, and everything went back to normal.

yes, I have found using my hands quite effective. Examing them closely, all the details...and feeling them. This seems to stabilise the whole thing for me.

I think that you should allow yourself to wake up and reenter it lucidly. It turns on more logical parts of your mind so the reentered dream is much better. There are a number of DEILD tutorials floating around and some in the tutorial section too.

I've used this technique to stablize a dream too.
