sorry man that's just sleep paralysis. Ppl who have no idea about lucid dreaming get that (and are often scared sh**less but u knew otherwise). You can usually move if u really want to during a wild (I can) and also u don't wake up and find itself in a wild. You start it on ur own and are always conscious even when dreaming. Sorry man.
