It's great that you already have experience with Lucid Dreaming. As for the level of my LDs? On a scale of 1 to 10 I'd have to say 6 1/2, if you mean control. I have yet to try to increase the clarity of my LDs, but on a scale of 1 to 10, it's an 8.

The level of my lucid dreams varies quite a bit. But they can be as real as real life. (With a hell of a lot of practice and dedication of course)

I can normally feel things in my dreams, like the wind and it is really amazing. Things can look pretty real for me in some of my lucid dreams, and I have quite good control (sometimes).
