      Another Question...

Alright. I finally got back into a routine of sleeping (though I'm just getting back from a concert: bye bye sleep! ) and I need to know one other thing.

Which method of induction would be (for the most part) easiest and most suited for a beginner? I know that the success level varies per person, but I mean on average?

I'd like to know this too.

I've only just started venturing into induced lucid dreaming, though I've experienced it before,

For me I'd assume using the reality check method, getting used to that.

Side note: What games are you into?

Like you have properly been told, there is no easiest method.

However FILD is pretty suited for beginners, or WBTB. But I would get used to reality checking and keeping a dream journal, then you should be getting lucid dreams (DILDS) anyway if done correctly.

You could try one method for a certain length of time, then another to try and find out what works for you.

I've had the most success so far with WILD... I reached SP stage within a few nights of trying it and while i haven'y achieved lucidity yet, i've gotten furthest with WILD... try as many as possible nd see what works for you...

WBTB seems to be a popular choice for beginners, and it works for me on occasion too. Read up on that technique.

@44Calibre: Mostly action-adventure games, like LoZ and other Nintendo classics.

@Tsunami: I've been attempting FILDs, only I have problems staying very still when I first wake up.

@sleepcreep: I've tried WILDing before, but usually before anything happens, I experience fake HI or fake SP and can't go any further.

@ninja: Would it be better for me to wake up naturally after a REM cycle or set an alarm?
