      Question Question about WILDing...

Do have to go to sleep, then wake up to begin WILDing? I actually must have forgot that stage last night because i tried it, and i think i got to the point where people say they feel their eyes moving rapidly (REM), and i saw the little green light on my smoke alarm, through the slits on the bottom of my eyes i guess, and it all went away. I even saw the colors too (before the REM thing). Thanks.

Some people are able to WILD without sleeping beforehand, but they typically will say that WILDs after 6-8 hours of sleep are longer and more vivid.

To add to this: those who are able to WILD without sleeping first are typically those who have insomnia, and have been awake for a long time when they try to WILD. In such cases, the brain will be deprived of REM sleep, so that it goes straight into REM right away.

Some also WILD after 5 hours of sleep, while I prefer after 8-9 hours of sleep (when I sleep for that long). You might have to go through some trial and error to find out when the time to WILD is best for you.

      Good luck!

no you don't have to wake up to have a WILD that technique is more of WBTB wild you can do just when you are going to bed

Although if you want your results faster, try it after 5 hours sleep etc, better chance of success!
