my suggestion would be that if you remember vivid dreams every night and get up to do WBTB, that instead of trying to WILD for 2 hours, write in your dream journal during WBTB, do tons of reality checks while doing so, and then just use autosuggestion (repeating something like "I will have a lucid dream") until you fall asleep. It also helps to sort of rehearse what you would like to do in your lucid dream as you're falling asleep too. Doing that gives me a DILD almost every time, especially if I can wake up directly from the dream rather than by alarm clock. |
