      New - looking for help

Well i am new to this forum, and LDing. so yea im going to start trying to recall and record dreams tonight, and go from there.

Are there any like things i could do to help out with the recall? I've read the tutorial and stuff, but like from expirience, does anyone have any tips with recalling, and LDing itself?

      thanx for any help

Welcome to Dreamviews! The best advice I can give on recall is just autosuggestion every single night. Tell yourself each and every night that you will remember every single one of your dreams. For lding itself, read this:

I sometimes use autosuggestion, but what I like to do is think about a couple of common Dream Sign I have before I go to bed. When I wake up in the morning and think about my DS again, the dream will usually rush back to me. You could call it a different form of autosuggestion.

Read read read. Get some lucid dreaming books and dive in. Reading about other peoples dreams can often induce dreams of your own. Lucid or not the experience is exhilarating! Read everything you can about LD, and start your reality checks daily. Don't forget to read some works of LaBerge and Freud
