      Another new member ;)

Hello, I registered here because I am very interested in developing my ability to lucid dream.
I have had lucid dreams before and thankfully I do tend to recall my lucid [and the more intense non-lucid] dreams very well and in particular detail. The earliest ones I can remember involved me simply realizing I was dreaming for some reason, and then exploring the current ‘dream scene’ I was in.
It wasn’t that long ago I heard about lucid dreaming, and I instantly recognized all that my friend was saying. I spent a short while looking at some internet sites to do with LDs and found nothing but lengthy pages about dream journals and other methods I felt I just didn’t have time for at that point in my life, so I forgot all about it.
However I continued to have LDs about once a month and I even tried at the advice of a friend something I think is called WILD (involving sleeping for 5 hours waking for 10 mins then going back to bed, you’ll all know better than me ) It was, I guess, a success as I did go to sleep while my mind was conscious although it was different to any LDs Id had before as I was unable to move and barely able to see, it felt rather strange.
Anyway after just having another LD last night I thought Id really like to be able to have these more often and so found (through google) this site.
Im not sure how often I can be active on these forums but I wanted to join so that when I have time I can learn more (and maybe eventually help others).
