      Ello.

      i've only had ... maybe 1-2 lucid dreams, and i ... want more

      i cant really remember the last ones, so im going to start making a journal as well .

      i've heard peanut butter / banana sandwich mmhm ?

      Take a look at the tutorials section. The archive is full of the old ones, the front page is also full of useful information about reality checks and dream signs.

      We have bananas here for our sandwich There are chemicals in both peanut butter and bananas that help with lucid dreaming, but in small doses.

      yes you could also do a search on the internet for supplements that will aid in it, i know there are some, legal and illegal of course, but there are some! good luck
