This happens to me every time I lucid dream except with me it is more of a feeling of having a very strong electrical current going through my body (not unpleasant for some reason). There is a sound that comes with it also (like a low frequency sine wave), it all sticks with me throughout every Ld. |

Everytime I become lucid through a DILD, I feel as if I'm heavily intoxicated. Thus, I feel disorientated, confused and my perception is blurred. However, this is a transient feeling and therefore shortly begins to fade. |

WILD: 29
Supposed OBE: 6 (29th Jan, 3 on 10th August, 2 on 5th November)
DILD: innumerous
Could be that your mind panicked and started to wake you up and what you felt was your real body coming out of sleep paralysis. |

its not anything strange, the same thing happened to me. In the begining of the experience I was fuzzy, but once everything got more clear and extremely lucid I began to feel vibrations/tingles for a little bit. It seemed normal, I was used to them from OBE's. So yeah, nothing to worry about, its normal |
