Thread: Was I lucid... Im confuse

So I was saying to my self last night I will have a lucid dream constantly.

I fell asleep, and was dreaming right.

So I walk up today, and thought I had a lucid dream, but I don't know if it was just a dream.
Ahhh Im confusing myself.

So basically I think I had a dream that I had a lucid dream.
In the dream I spanned, I was in the water, I was able to breath under water, I was also able to make a ship appear.
But the thing is, the dream didnt' feel lucid, because I couldn't smell, touch or hear, and the I can only remember about 5 seconds of what happen, and they were in scenes.
So I think it was a dream of me having a lucid dream.... I'm confused


Past experience
- When I was 8 I would sometimes realize I was awake in my dream, but instantly woke up, because I didn't know I can control this, so I never bothered to.

- about 6 months ago sometimes I would go paralyze while in bed, so does that mean I had a LD, because I don't remember me dreaming when I was paralyze in bed.
