Hi, I'm new here and I just recently have started my adventure with LD. I had something about 5 DILDs already, but I have a problem and i need your help. When I become lucid in my dreams I have difficulty to stay in a dream longer then few minutes, I also can't do anything I want, only things somehow connected with my dream. Another problem is, that when I'm lucid my dreams aren't so clear as they are normally and they are slowly fading into reality. Can you guys help me with gaining more control an staying longer in lucid dreams? Are there any exercises I should do, or things I should remember about? Thanks for any help |

In your first couple of lucid dreams your brain tends to panic. It doesn't recognize your new-found state of consciousness and decides to wake you up. That will pass. |
