      Greetings from newbe

      Hi all!

      Found this website/forums via google last monday and i love it!

      I got my first Lucid dream few years ago sense then i tryed to have it again but either i cant remember or didnt have any. So now that i have studied this forums and some of your tutorials and guides, last night i experienced something new, something exiting, something scary and wonderful.... I quiet cant explain what it was but i am sure it was so called SP state... with all HI:s or so i think

      So i started to keep a Dream Journal and try to recall my dreams and hopely ill get in Lucid state for more often now.

      Thanks for guides by the way appreciate it very much.

      P.S Sorry for my spelling errors english isnt my primary language but ill try my best to express myself

      Hello, welcome to DV As well as keeping a dream journal remember to do reality checks throughout the day, squeeze your nose and try to breath, if you can breath whilst pinching your nose then your dreaming....

      Sleep Paralysis and HI can be real crazy. It is amazing that we have the ability to experience such intense altered states of consiousness without any outside aids.

      It is a shame that so many people see SP and HI as hurdles to overcome on the way to lucid dreaming. I like your attitude of enjoying and appreciating the experience.

      Thanks! for the tips
      And for SP:s and HI:s i think that i get use to them as i experience em often like more than 10 times, after that it will be all way stairway´s to heaven or so i belive

      Glad to have you here at DV. I hope you can get your second LD soon. I've never been in SP, I always EPIC FAIL at WILDs, so you've already experienced something I haven't!

      That the laws of physics as you know them are incorrect?

      Furthermore, what would you do if I told you I'm going to wake up as soon as you finish reading my signature?

      Naw... far from it But somehow passionite to ancient culture.

      As for LD:s i really have to practice my Dream Recall becaus i have a feeling that lately i have entered LD-state but i cant remember it so any advice is more than welcome...

      You ARE keeping a Dream Journal, right? It is CRUCIAL for recall. I never used to remember my dreams before I started mine.
