look, if you are trying tonight it's just important that you have a clear idea of what you are trying. I presume you are using a technique to try to get lucid? Make sure you understand it and give it 100%. If you "kind of" try, then failure will occur. Commit and goodluck |

I've been lucid dreaming for almost as long as I can remember; |

I tried to become lucid last night which usually isen't hard for me when it happens on accident. I failed at this ... but had many fragmented, unclear dreams. Also something that has never happened with me before since I am a very deep sleeper ... I awoke after each dream. I then tried to recall pieces of each one and fell back to sleep to try again. Then last night when I climbed into bed I noticed I forgot to set my alarm clock to 9 which is when I wanted to wake up but I was too tired by that time to go set it so I just assumed my stepdad would wake me. Then this morning I awoke a nine exactly .... maybe just a coincedence but I have heard of people who can control thier minds enough to wake up at whatever time they need. Does this mean maybe that I have more control than I think I do? |

If you have a regular sleeping pattern or atleast one which is fairly predominant then your body will be used to waking up at the time your alarm goes off, so it might just have been that really. |
