      falling asleep

I wasn't sure where to put this topic but i've only been here a few weeks. How do you fall asleep fast without the aid of a pill, are there any techniques that i need to know? Thanks in advance.

I tend to only go to bed once I'm feeling fairly sleepy anyway; and once I'm there I normally read until I start mis-reading words.. then just put book away, relax and sleep in heavenly sleeeep.

Well you can try the basics WILD sleeping tip which is just breathing slowly and remaining still.
But if theres one thing Ive learned from countless sleepless night is that when insomnia doesn't want you to get any sleep, then you can forget about trying to use any sleeping tips b/c its just not going to happen.

But what's wrong w/ using supplements like 5-htp or melatonin? They are both natural occurring chemicals in our brains that regulate sleep; they also help improve dream recall and vividness.
