      HELLO!

      Hey, I'm new to the forum... I have had lucid dreams in the past, but only two that i can remember. I am practicing dream recall by keeping a journal and last night i rememberd five dreams! I hope next time it will be lucid dreams i remember!

      Anyways, hello ! ill be wandering around the forum looking for info.

      Anyway, you're on the right track with the dream journal. Congrats on imroving your recall! When I first came to this site, I only had a handful of LDs to boast, but keeping the journal slowly began to increase the frequency of them. My other tried and true piece of advice is to get enough hours of sleep.

      yar welcome here muffinman. it usually takes around a month for the LDs to start coming,but they are TOTALLY worth it.
      just be patient and dont expect anything to happen immediately. just keep up your efforts!

      I dont know about that...its different for everyone. It took me under 2 weeks. It takes some people 7 months(which seems quite insane to me). Just enjoy yourself, and love the process. Itll just happen that way.
