Okay, just to clarify, you had 2 dreams, both of which you realized you were dreaming and woke up a second later? |

This guy,, and this guy,

No, the first dream I didn't realize anything.. |

Ah, I see. For newbie dreamers, that's how it first starts. Something out of the ordinary, or completely normal, happens that instantly triggers the realization that it's all a dream, only for the dreamer to wake up a second afterwards. This can only mean that you're close, if not very much so. |

Thank you so much, that cleared up a lot of things for me. [: |

Yep. Maybe if you ask your brother a lot, he'll become a Dream Sign for you, if he isn't already. |

I'm using the nose plug and breathing and the middle and pointing finger through my other hand's palm. |

Oh, there's nothing wrong with that one; it feels really cool in an LD. I use the finger-through-palm RC. It's always fun learning what techniques others use. |

This will be my second night trying to LD. |

Good Luck with LDing, and just to add to what Snowy said, it's normal to wake up immediately after you become lucid when you're a newbie, but it does get longer and more enjoyable as you become better at it. |
