      Annoying spinning problem while visualizing.

      Hey. Nearly every time I try to sit down and start visualizing something, the thing start spinning for some reason. I can't control it, its not me thats spinning it, it just spins. Sometimes if I strain myself to stop it I can but it takes so much focus that it nearly hurts. As I get more relaxed sometimes this problem goes away, but it definetely is annoying. Has this happened to anyone else, and do you have any tips on controlling it?

      You mean whatever you are visualizing in your mind starts spinning? Like the mental picture? Or does it feel like you are spinning?
      Goals:
      Staying lucid longer
      Fly without falling back to the ground
      Change water into chocolate

      the mental picture. its wierd, it doesn't happen all the time but whe it does it seems like I have very little to no control over the spinning...
