      Talking Lucidityyyyy! (for 5 seconds..)

WOO HOO! Let me tell ya aaaaall about it...

i dreampt I was on a bus coming home from work, and the bus stopped right outside my house. Then I thought, WAIT A SEC! I get the train home, and since when does the bus stop outside my house? So I did the breathing with your nose blocked RC and discovered I could breath!

Naturally, I got too exited and started waving my arms around shouting 'WOO I'M LUCID!'

Then eveything went black and I woke up.

      Hahaha...

Well, congrats. That goes to show you definitley have it in you. Remember, especially when you are new, often the first thing you should do when you are lucid is remain quite, breathe deeply, and until you gain your composure just do what you would have done if you hadn't realized you were lucid. Once you are collected, though, depending on your confidence, I wouldn't say you need to stay with the flow any longer. Have fun with it!

      Good luck.

After the shock of actually becoming lucid wears off you'll have some nice long dreams and you'll enjoy those even more

I got too excited this morning too and lost my Lucidity after only a couple of seconds. I need to work on this for my next Lucid dream.

It's weird b/c when I realize I'm in a dream, I know that it's a dream w/o doing a RC. It just so happens that for my last two dreams when I realized I was in a dream I did a RC just to prove it, but I must have already been getting excited b/c I knew I was in a dream and woke up as I just started the RC.

Don't think I'll have another one for a while... I have to stay away from home for a week and I start school again in two days. I heard that things like this can effect lucidity

When you realise you become lucid relax, think calmly to yourself "This is a dream" Don't try anything crazy at first, just look around and feel things.

A diffrent member told us, not to think too long about your dreams ("wow im dreaming") but to start heading for your goals, like trying to fly or jump super high... im confused ^^ think ill just do what i think is best in the moment ^^
