Third Lucid Dream This Summer :D

Hey. Last night I decided to use the Ultimate Lucid Induction mp3 to help me relax so i could try an astral projection technique, but I was so tired from soccer that I just fell asleep after two minutes. The one time I use this mp3 and don't want to have an LD (well, not that I dont want to, just that it wasnt my main goal), it actually works!

The exact details have faded since this morning, but I know for a fact this was a much more vague LD, compared to my others where I was completely 100% perfectly lucid. I realized I was lucid in my house, and luckily this time stayed calm. Usually when I lucid dream I just stay in the same room or building, afraid that moving to another area would excite me and wake me up, but this time I decided to go outside. My memories of this are hazy, as if I was half lucid. The next vivid memory is me down my block, deciding to try to walk through a tree. I was surprised when it worked, because usually I can't walk through things.

Next I decided to give flying a shot again. I jumped up in the air, hovered a second, then fell... as usual. I got angry, and this is where the lucidity ended. My dream continued more vividly than most dreams but I did not have any control. From there I walked 3 blocks to my school with my friends, then convinced my friend not to kill his girlfriends dad (lmao i know its wierd, but he explained to us his plan to kill him, I never had a murder-themed LD before )

anyway that brings my LD count up to three since the begining of august, I'm proud Im hoping to have another, more vivid one tonight

Awesome! I'm glad that you are making such good progress with LDing! Have you been lurking around Dream Views and just now joined?

BTW, are you keeping a dream journal (DJ) of some kind? A DJ can really help with dream recall and help keep memories of dreams vivid.

actually, I joined dreamviews the day I found it, sometime in the middle of august \

and unfortunately I'm not keeping a dream journal I'm afraid of my parents finding it, my mom's a die hard christian and she would think I was messing with the occult or some stupid stereotype like that, and I know I would get into deep trouble I try to remember my dreams on my own, when I wake up I just try to think about my dreams and just remember key parts like the people, place, feelings I had, etc.
