Hi!

New to this site, I hadn't even heard of Lucid dreams until tonight, I just googled 'Control your dreams' and discovered other people do this too!

I've been dreaming I can fly for about the last 18months now, usually about once or twice a week and I'm getting better at controlling it - I realise I'm dreaming and I'll try and fly. For the first couple of minutes its fine although after that I seem to loose it a little and can only glide for short periods of time.

I saw someone elses post who struggled with this too - is it normal? and how can I get better a it?

I have to say though - I'm I know its a bit more common to 'Lucid dream' -I thought I was just a bit of a freak!
