      Smile New Here

Hi, everybody! I just wanted to introduce myself. I have "known about" lucid dreaming for years and always wanted to develop my ability to do it, but as with many things in my life, I just let it get pushed aside. I'm trying to change how I am and do things that I want to do and this is one of those things!

I've always had fairly good dream recall, so I'm hoping this will help me. I have been faithfully writing down my dreams for about a week and remember 1 or 2 a night.

I also did have one lucid dream that I remember vividly. This was years and years ago. I didn't know what lucid dreaming was then, but the experience stuck with me.

So, that's my story! I'm really glad I found this site!

sweet, making a decision to improve something about yourself and sticking with it is tough - it makes me smile whenever i meet someone who follows through with it though!

      to Dreamviews!

Continue writing in your dream journal. I can personally tell you that if you start slacking off it's hard to get back into it. This is the best guide you'll find for basic lucid dreaming:

Thank you! I will do my best to follow through to the end.

Thanks for the welcomes and for directing me to that tutorial -- I just started reading it and it seems amazing already!
