      What kind of meditation?

Whats a great(or best) meditation for getting prepared for a DILD dream?

B6 and Melatonin work alright, but there are no pills that give you lucid dreams. The B6 makes your dreams more vivid so that you might pick out a dream sign easier, and the melatonin suppresses REM in early sleep for longer dreams to allow you more time to become lucid.
