      Question Question

Uh, I'm not sure if this is where I post this sort of question.

Sometimes when I sleep I get this strange feeling, its like an electric current up my spine or something. When it happens I cannot move what so ever, it's as if I'm paralysed or something.

Can anyone please help, and explain this?

That would be sleep paralysis. Your body does it every night to prevent you from acting out your dreams In real life.
      Nothing dangerous.

      Question Wierd.

I always wondered what it was called and why I got it. Yet there is something I forgot to mention though, it only occurs when I have this nightmare, something is trying to grab me, and when it does I get the wierd paralysis feeling. However I also feel like there is something there in my room with me. But when I look there is nothing. And I never heard any windows or doors shut or open.

I belive the feeling of someone else in the room is quite common. I've read about that somewhere on here.

I watched a tv show about that once - you fall asleep, dream a nightmare, your mind wakes up you from the nightmare, but your still paralysed so your not fully awake and might be hearing, seeing or feeling weird things. Some people see "aliens" trying to abduct them at these times
