      Hey, im new...

      so im new...
yea ive been looking around this site for maybe 2-3 months now...
i was waiting until i could start having lucid dreams. My first one was during the beginning of school (September 2nd) and i have had 3 others since. i seem to have mine within the 3:00 to 6:40 range
i know they always end at 6:40 (thanks to a very loud alarm clock)
they only happen when i realize that i am dreaming (a DILD right?)
and for those who may want to know...
my last dream that i went lucid was when i was in the bathroom and i saw myself smoking. You see, I don't smoke...
I'm in grade 12, and I am trying to find out what to do with my life...
      oh, and im new...

Yeah, that's a DILD, it seems that you are getting good at recognizing dream signs. Be careful, your brain will find new ways to tricking you into thinking you are awake, but it should be no match fo ryou.

That timing sounds right, if it interests you your ideal WILD time would probably be about 4:30.

Check out the tutorials section for more information on any. Check the archive first, the database of new ones is still being built.

a method i use is i get totally relaxed clear my mind of any stress then i count my breaths in and out untill my body becomes really heavy then i just go through things like twitching then i feel my eyes moving rapidly then i just imagine the dream scene i would like and then i start off my dream lucid. it works for me and a few others i informed about LDing, but it requires patience and focus.
