      How should I record LDs?

I've heard the idea of an alarm, but that'll probably wake up someone in my family easily. So that's a definite no unless you know how to stop that. Another idea is drinking a lot of water. I've never tried it before or a lucid dream yet, but I'm wondering if I'd wake up and rush to the bathroom only to forget my dream, or would I piss my pants and go back to sleep. What is the best method? By the way, I've checked out this site 2 hours ago and I haven't attempted a LD yet so that might help you in writing a helpful reply.

How can you record LD's if youre not having them?

As for regular dreams...no alarms or tricks nessicary. Just a notebook and a pen bside where you sleep and get into the habit of writing down your dreams every morning. If you dont rememebr them when you wake up then lie still...dont move a muscle...and just chill and wait. Odds are pieces will start to come back. Its movement that seems to bury the memory of our dreams.

Go with what gameover said. Just lie in bed for 10 minutes trying to recall the dream

also before you go to bed at night say over and over to yourself that you are going to remember your dream.

Curiosity killed the cat but at least it didnt die an ignorant bastard
