I've heard the idea of an alarm, but that'll probably wake up someone in my family easily. So that's a definite no unless you know how to stop that. Another idea is drinking a lot of water. I've never tried it before or a lucid dream yet, but I'm wondering if I'd wake up and rush to the bathroom only to forget my dream, or would I piss my pants and go back to sleep. What is the best method? By the way, I've checked out this site 2 hours ago and I haven't attempted a LD yet so that might help you in writing a helpful reply. |
