      First "long" LD

      I had my first "long" LD tonight...

      When I became lucid I tryed to spin to stay longer in the dream and I had the most strange sensation in my body. I did it and I stayed there Never could do anything before, I would wake up when I knew I was dreaming.

      I tryed to change some things in the dream like where I were. At that point, all I could see was darkness. So i tryed to think of something very quick so i could stay more time in the dream. A soccer pitch came to my mind and i was walking in a park, and then I found it. Then I saw people looking at me and I tryed to make them do something... I said to myself: "I want them to trow a rock". And so they did.
      At that point I knew i wasnt moving my body, i could only control and change the place that i was. Then I woke up...

      Is it normal to feel a strange sensation in your body when your spinning?

      Is it normal to control only some things in a dream, and not everything (like your body, movements)?
      You could be dreaming right now...

      Im confused. Are you talking about your physical body or your dream body? Could you re-explain that bit anyway, that whole bit was somewhat confusing.

      like i said, which body ^_^. If you mean your physical..well your not supposed to be \"feeling\" your physical body unless you're awareness is particularly high. what kind of feeling was it anyway. If you mean the dream body...well..i did it twice only in my LD's and i felt nothing special.

      Im guessing you mean the dream body. Its normal, but everything CAN be controlled, or should. I find it REALLY odd you cant move your body. I think that maybe somehow you have a mental suggestion on a subconcious level that you are not in control and that you cant control your body. Ive never had problems with my dream body before. I remember some other user here had/has the same problem. I cant remember her name. It had the word Sore in it though, so if you want you can search for her.

      EDIT: what the....o_O why isnt the first quoting working?
