Hi im a new and interested person to this whole idea of lucid dreaming.
I'd be very greatful if someone would help me a little bit however.

I have been reading that dream recall is the first step to lucid dreaming but even there im having difficulty. I really almost never dream (or never remember them) it is very very rare that i wake one day and say "wow that was cool" even if it was a nightmare. I am 15 and I have noticed that as soon as summer break was on i began to remember my dreams almost daily. as i've read its from stress i believe. For me to start then i guess i have to reduce the stress that apparently builds up. If someone could tell me how to go about that, that would be fantastic because meditation doesn't really work for me.

I had my first ever lucid dream on a plane, I was flying to Russia meeting some relatives with my mom and decided that i would not sleep the night before i would go on the plane at all. I was falling asleep in the chair sitting in the airport waiting for my plane. I got woken up 2 times until i finally got on the plane and began to fly. There i had my first lucid dream I was able to control exactly what was going on.

A month later when i returned i began to read about this phenomenon.
I thought this kind of state could only happen if I was taking LSD which i have in past but this was different. I know, I know its irresponsible to do LSD and im an idiot for trying and thank god there where no long term mental repercussions.

So maybe explain what I should change in my lifestyle and such that would help me to achieve something like this again. i enjoyed it very much.
