      How...?

      How do you sleep less deep? My friends visit my home alot and try and wake me , but are having problems in doing that because I sleep so deep. On some occasions ( happend alot more when I was still in school ) my dad used to wake me up by screaming my name from down the stairs really loud just before he went to work. Was a routine for a while but suddenly I woke up around 10u30am on a school day wondering if my dad forgot to wake me or something happend? According to my dad , he screamed my name and he heard my say '' yesss '' as in i'm awake. But I had no memory of my saying that. Strolled a bit far off there .

      Mainly have 2 questions ;

      1 Why do some people sleep so deep and other so light?

      2 How do you sleep less deep ? I have almost 0% dreamrecall and if do dream it is very short and not vivid.

      If you want to sleep less deep you could keep the light on or keep the tv on at a low level volume..

      One trick is to take Caffeine about 20 minutes before you goto bed. A strong cup of coffee or cola. If you can get to sleep before the effects kick in, you will more than likely sleep lighter as Caffeine is a central nervous system stimulant. Worth a try!
