      Help!!

      ok a few nights ago approximatly 2. i went lucid and flew wich was SWEET!!but ive been having some trouble even noticing im dreaming the last couple o nights



      help is appreciated

      You expect a lucid every night? Good, but that's not too realistic. There's always stuff you can do to help achieve lucidity though. Here's the best guide you can find:
