      Hello

All this sounds awesome, unfortunately I have some trouble remembering dreams.

I had read about this a while ago, and had tried to remember my dreams, without success. I seem to be only able to remember dreams where I am semi-lucid (I believe thats where I am aware it is a dream, yet still canot make great changes)
I have gotten a few lucid dreams, but I have woken up from excitment, and I get either a semi-lucid or lucid dream every month or so...

I first have a few questions:
      1. I cannot set an alarm clock to ring at REM times because the walls are pretty thin at my house and I would not like to wake up anyone else. Is there a way I could program my brain to wake up at those times?
      2. What is a WILD dream?
      3. I usually take an hour or more to fall asleep. Not because i'm stressed, but i get so pumped about all those ambitious projects I'm doing outside of school or I just like to think about girls . This means I mostly forget to tell myself to remember my dreams before i fall asleep. IS there a way I can fall asleep quicker?

Thanks a lot, this community looks like it might teach me a whole lot.

When you become lucid, sit still and try to stay as completely relaxed as possible. Stay VERY calm and see if that works to prevent you from waking up and dont get excited about it even though it is

Sorta. You could TRY to program your mind to wake you up after every dream. Ive heard it works for some and not for others. All you have to do is say in your mind over and over till you fall alseep is \"Im going to remember my dream and im going to wake up after every dream\" or something like that.

Check the tutorial. but to make it short and simple. WILD isnt a dream . WILD is a technique in inducing a lucid dream. Its basically directly going into your dream while still concious.

you're just going to have to concentrate on clearing your mind or keeping your focused on that single thought you want. There is a way though. you could 1. take pills(i really suggest melotonin since its supposed to help in the dreaming department). or 2. just excersice yourself and tire yourself out so that you will fall asleep fast.

WOO! that was long. hoped that helped. if you have any other questions or something abuot i wrote. then go ahead and ask pelase
