      hiya, newbie alert :)

      Hi, well this is my first time in this forum, Im sweetdreamer, nice to meet everyone. From what I've seen this forum looks really interesting, I have so many weird and wonderful dreams that i can become abit obsessive wit them lol. I've had lucid dreams before, mostly just naturally wasking up inside my dream, other times I've managed to use excersizes to create lucid dreams.

      BUt those havent been working so well lately so Im looking forward to reading about other peoples experiences, maybe it could help me. The adopt a newbie program looks fantastic too, such a good idea. I'll have to find out more about hat later on! Anyway, I just wanted to say hi lookin forward to chattin with ya all!
