      Newbie Here

      Hello. I've only browsed for about 30 minutes, and I'm hooked. All my life I've had dreams that I could sometimes control, but never knew what they were. Just today I have discovered they were "Lucid Dreams". As a child, I used to fly to my friend's house about 6 blocks from my home. God I miss those dreams... As I get older, I don't have them but once or twice a year that I know of.

      Well, I'm going to do some more reading and maybe post some of my experiences.

      Hi Reverie!

      Children are naturally better at lucid dreaming, but adults can do it too. It takes effort to do it at an older age though.

      You should definitely post some of your lucid experiences in the forum called... Lucid Experiences! And you should record your dreams in a Dream Journal. (which we have a forum for too) It helps your dream recall a lot.

      Thanks suttsman! I just started a dream journal in this forum. I'm trying to remember my most vivid dreams and document them. I wish I had found this forum years ago when I was still having some pretty good dreams!

      Hi there,

      Hopefully the more you read and talk about Lucid dreaming, the more chance you will have of having one. It seems to work that way sometimes. With luck you'll soon be LD'ing in no time.!
