ok so ive had one LD right and its my only one so far. And recently been having some trouble even getting lucid im really P.O.d please reply thank you

dont worry about this at all. lucid dreaming isnt like a lightswitch, you dont have your first one and automatically have another one the day after. Its completely normal, dont worry it just takes practice

And patience. To me, lacking patience is one of, if not the main reason many members give up on Lucid Dreaming.

Don't worry, practice, have a little patience, and you'll be having LDs in no time.

I'm confused, you've only had one LD and you're even having trouble getting lucid....?

I wouldn't be so pissed off about it since it'll probably just have a detrimental effect on your ability to LD, just keep trying to LD by using your DJ, doing RCs, etc, and you'll have another LD in no time.
