Tell yourself before you go to sleep that you will remember your dreams. Also try waking up 5-6 hours after you go to sleep so that the dreams will still be fresh in your head.

      talk to your self

Robot is right, say to yourself out loud "I will Remember my dreams"
maybe even throw in "I will have a Lucid dream tonight." your brain is very susceptible to repetition doing this every night should help

I am having a similar problem. I wake up in the morning, and maybe remember one detail, but thats it. Other than that though I remember at least one dream a night. Another problem for me is waking up at six, and writing in my journal in the dark. Its nothing but scribbles and off the lines, and I dont want to turn the lights on to do that, because I dont want to forget anything.

So I woke up early this morning, and no light came through my window. I also had repeated to myself that I would remember my dreams, and I also fell asleep with classical music playing. Whatever the reason, I had quite a long dream, and remembered most of it! My alarm woke me up, and ended my dream though, which probably explains why I remember it all mixed up. Anyway, I'm just glad I remembered!
