I'd say attempt some WBTB's or MILD's out of the 4 you've listed in the polls.

Or you could try a WILD, WILDs for some beginners is hard though, I think.

Don't use drugs. Do it the real way first. Start with a dream journal, then work on reality checks. Then go form DILD, WBTB.

So are you saying to stop the B6, or to not experiment with any others?

I think WBTB is a must. If you really want your WILD or MILD to work reliably, you should include WBTB with it. You don't have to stay up for hours. Sometimes only a couple minutes is enough. Never underestimate the WBTB/ MILD combo.

I've had success with B6. I find it keeps me more alert when I take it during a WBTB. This can be a good thing or a bad thing. When I am super tired and worried I will fall back to sleep too quickly, it helps me stay alert. When I am already pretty alert, it can keep me from being able to fall back to sleep.

      I also voted MILD/WBTB.

CAT is effective, but takes a long time to prepare for.
WILD is difficult if you've never had a lucid dream before.

Here is an overview of all common induction techniques.
