Pantalimon and the NEW Lucid Crossroads

Hi I've been meaning to register here for ages as this forum sends loads of people to my website the Lucid Crossroads every month. I've also used some of the accounts about lucid dreams on this site in my dreams section http://www.lucidcrossroads.co.uk/dreamlucid.htm if anyone dosen't want their dreams there just let me know and I'll take those accounts down.

Anyway you'll need to alter your links (although the old site will have redirection pages soon) to point to the Crossroads new home page...

      http://www.lucidcrossroads.co.uk/

The new site is finished well apart from tweeks here n there, some more images to slot in and around, a quick guide to lucidity and the downloads page... its finished )

Anyone not familiar with the Crossroads its a website that describes a place in text and images that exists only in dreamtime/astral (whichever you can reach). Its acts as a hub (crossroads), stabilising you and highering your lucid state before you carry on to the lucid dream of your choice. One of its main functions is for people to meet up in LD's.

Anyway its got lots more beside through the site :-

      Good WILD page http://www.lucidcrossroads.co.uk/WILD.htm
      Gatekeeper technique http://www.lucidcrossroads.co.uk/gatekeeper.htm
      About shared dreams http://www.lucidcrossroads.co.uk/shared.htm
      Mayan Dreamspell page http://www.lucidcrossroads.co.uk/mayan.htm
Lucid Dojo for practicing your marital art when lucid http://www.lucidcrossroads.co.uk/LucidDojo...o/Luciddojo.htm
      Extensive links page http://www.lucidcrossroads.co.uk/Links.htm
      And lots more...

Well enjoy 8) I would post some images but I noticed your bandwidth problems and I thought I'd just let you look at the site.

P.s the link to the description of the space can be found on the homepage, the main description scroll sideways (this works well I think though).

P.p.s The dream page is not uptodate but will be very soon as there have been quite a few visits I need to log.

P.p.p.s I will be asking for translations for the homepage/getting to us page/ downloads/quick lucidity guide and the 3 descriptions pages very soon, all languages required

I found the lucid crossroads to be very helpful, and the graphics were great too.

Thanks I'm a proffesional illustrator and artist but its a real shame I don't have more time to do more for the visuals and site in general. I'm glad you found it helpful though, it does have links to all the other best LD sites on the net including quite a few routes to dreamviews.

Yeah, I stuck the site in the list of links tutorial whatist ages ago. It does have some kickass graphics (my 56k hates me after looking at it).

I have tried to optomise the images for 56k modems but there are alot of them and I do want the site to be a visual experience. There are plenty of other sites that are almost all text based and as dreaming is a visual experince I'd like this site to be different. Unfortunately for your 56k modem Kaniaz I'm wanting to make the site more visual than it is now maybe I'll have to have a 56k low graphics version.

It's not really a problem; you just have to wait a little longer. No need to really dump yourself with extra work to save somebody a minute or two loading pictures.

Thats the problem, its such hard work just doing the images as they are and the site in its current state. I wish broadband access would drop down to modem prices. I'm using lineone on 150k broadband £15.99 a month which compares pretty well to 24hr dial up prices.

I wish they'd bring bloody broadband to my area. The nearest exchange is apparently like 3 miles away or something, and we live on this isolated road in the middle of..isolation. The sheep here have no intention of using broadband, and they make up 99% of the population in this region.
