      Smile Another Newbie;)

      Hi everybody I'm Maja!

      Checked out few topics...This forum is sooo fun. Many valuable info
      I had lucid dreams some time ago, almost instantly when I started just doing reality checks and that thing with my nose.
      As the time went on, I stopped practicing that and the dreams stopped too. Few days ago I saw a show about LD that made me start practicing again. lol

      Heard on a few sites, including here, about binaural beats, so I tried it yesterday. I couldn't listen to it for more than couple of minutes, on a low freq. I felt like my eyes were gonna pop out, and my hands and feet were incredibly cold after that! Anyone experienced that??

      I bet it will come back quickly once you start giving it attention again.

      Some binaural beats give me a terrible headache, so I can understand the uncomfortableness. You may want to check out the Lucid Aids section of the forum.

      Welcome! Yea, I'm not a big fan of binaural beats, they give me headaches and creep me out and I just don't trust them anyway. You can get lucids just fine without them sounds like you're on the right track, with RCing and everything, too
