Thread: Am I Really Dreaming?

HI! I have a problem whenever i lucid dream. while i am having a lucid dream, It feels like i am dreaming. and when i wake up, i think it was all just a dream and do not consider it a lucid dream. How can i REALLY know if it is a lucid dream or not?

You knew you were dreaming, then you were lucid. You can't dream that know that you're dreaming. That's recursion and the brain doesn't do that. It was just a low level of lucidity.
