Haha yea that's quite the title! I've never heard of the book itself, but I have heard of the author. Sounds like it could definitely help! I know a lot of the members on the site, myself included, recommend Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen LaBerge, a very, very good book on lucid dreaming and how to achieve it! So if you want to start a collection of LD-related books, I'd highly recommend that as well. Let me know how Garfield's book is!

      Hi Ashberry,

Welcome, I'm new here myself having just stumble upon this site. I'm so impress with all the people that are on here who are breaking new grounds in the inner exploration.

Anyway, I would consider that book the second best after the LaBerg's book. But it term of overcoming fears and solve problem then I think you got the right book to begin with. Patricia also included some interesting bit on different culture that have use lucid dream.

England, huh? Across the pond. I've always wondered why they called the Atlantic Ocean "the pond." It's kind of big to be a pond. And it isn't freshwater, so it pretty much denies any definition of a true "pond"... Either way, Arizona's pretty much on the opposite side of the world... we're kind of in the godforsaken sandbox across the industrial wasteland across the pond from you guys. I'd really like to live by a pond. Not that I can swim or anything. Plus the mosquitoes would get really annoying.

Anyway, welcome to Dream Views! I've technically been here for eight months, but I've only been active... like three days, so. Good luck with mastering your dreams and overcoming that pesky fear of yours!

Hmm. Who knew the plural of "mosquito" was spelled "mosquitoes," with an e? I guess that's one more way mosquitoes are like tomatoes. I really don't care for either.

      Cheerios!
