OK back in the days of old i would WILD into SP and LD regularly.

Ive been trying WILD for a few weeks now but no good, my "sleep switch" is too quick, Im awake and then BOOM fast asleep.

But i did my first WBTB-DILD the other night and finally had my first LD in years It was short and sexy and i was 90% lucid. So im thinking i should set a quiet radio alarm for say 4AM, and try to DILD again. I really found it useful visualize something when trying to re-enter the dream state.
