Found this site yesterday. Already on the right track!

I 'stumbleupon'ed this site yesterday and discovered that I was not the only one seeking more from sleep. Anyway, I read a few tutorials and the main orientation page thing and followed some instructions. I meditated for about 15 mins to train my subconscious and I suprised myself. Allow me to tell you a small amount about a tiny facet of a minute part of this world that is my existence. I've got extremely bad memory and when it comes to dreaming that memory loss is multiplied by 10 so I hardly, If ever recall my dreams. After doing some reading on this site and putting forth a tiny amount of effort I've already noticed a difference. I woke up either immediately upon conclusion of my dreams or in the midst of them- i cannot distinguish which one it is though(is it just me??). And as soon as i woke up i promptly made a point to memorize what happened in said dreams. I dreamed of a zombie apocolypse in one dream and saving some chick from being crushed in my employers trash compactor in another. I had another dream that i thought i'd memorized but it dissapeared for some reason. anyway.... maybe with enough practice I'll improve. I'm Mr_O by the way and I figured I'd make myself acquainted with my new peers.

Hey, congrats Always awesome to hear about someone having such success after such a short period of time Are you keeping a dream journal and writing the dreams down? I'd recommend it, if you aren't, especially if you seem to have bad memory overall.

No problem, I'm glad to help and it's my duty to help Nah, I don't get any sleep because of school. So I spend my spare moments awake trying to help out as much as possible Plus it's good to keep on top of these things. I always catch myself saying something partially incorrect, realizing I've forgotten a critical part of a technique, etc., so it's a win-win for all concerned
