      hey everyone!
      just found this site today, actually got off my butt to find some answers about lucid dreaming...
      the thing is, when i dream, i am aware of what's happening, and i think i usually know it's a dream...at least sometimes i am, but it's never occurred to me to try and change something o.0
      i mean, i've known about lucid dreaming for a while now, and i even tried a technique, it didn't really work though =/

      well, so, my actual question is (sorry for that whole intro up there) is:
      is it lucid dreaming if you are aware of what's happening, but don't try to/ can't change it?

      Well I've had dreams where i knew it was a dream, but I wasn't lucid. If you can understand the difference.

      If you're asking yourself whether you were lucid or not, im 99% sure you weren't. You'll KNOW when you've had a lucid dream.
