Hi all,

Just found this site, and intending to get some journalling going and enjoy the general hubub of the lucid dreaming community.

I'm looking for ways to keep me motivated... It's strange, two months ago I was recalling and recording 3-4 dreams in detail a night, totalling up my dream signs, reading books about dreams, regularly reality-checking. But although this level of recall gave me an increased sense of well-being and insight into myself, my lucidity was very infrequent...

And now, I'm still waking naturally after each dream, but very rarely recording my dreams in my journal, and yet my lucidity is relatively frequent, having had 2 a week in the last month... Strange. Perhaps its because I'm much more relaxed in my intent before sleeping. And perhaps all that hard work earlier is beginning to pay off.

So, here's my goal: to maintain and enhance my lucidity and dream control, whilst re-establishing my former level of recall.
