      Hello and welcome butterfly

About MAKING yourself have lucid dreams - it's not much of an absolute guarantee, but to make them more likely to happen I suggest you train yourself to perform reality checks like so ---> http://www.dreamviews.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4935

About exploring, well, I think we all know how to explore Walk around, summon someone you love, fly into space and ask Pluto if it needs a blanket. You are capable of dreaming whatever your mind can come up with. Have fun
In this crazy world if they don't consider you mad, then you have no confirmation of your own sanity, do you?
Imagine if this crazy world thought you were sane?! Oh my God, worst nightmare!

unfortunately for everyone, theres no way to MAKe yourself lucid dream, the only thing you can do is practice.. A LOT!!
I didnt actually have one for about a month after I found out about lucid dreaming, and that was in march. Ive had about 26 that I remember, and im sure theres been more. Reality checks, as awaken said, are the only sure way to actually get anywhere close to having regular lucid dreams, and small things like how long you slept for can change your chances a lot. One thing that worked for me was WBTB, a good technique. Check it out at :http://www.dreamviews.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=6147[/url]
