      Question Dream checks

Hello everyone. I was wondering if someone could help me with dream checks. I know how to do them, but I can't remember to! I need a way to remember.

It helps is you set an alarm on a watch or cell phone to go off at certain intervals during the day. Its important to not let the checks become routine though. Every time you check you have to genuinely believe that the state that you are in now is a dream, if you dont you might end up doing a dream check and not becoming lucid because you dont really focus on the results of your tests

      Hope this helped

Here we call them reality checks, but it's the same thing. A good way to remember to do them at first is to take a marker and put the letters RC on your wrist, and do a reality check every time that you see it.

I usually do RC's if I catch myself thinking "hmm, that's weird..." or just whenever i start thinking or talking about dreams or just randomly. I don't go by time intervals ... :/
