      Couple questions.=-I am new-=

[SIZE="3"]Ok,so a couple days ago I had my first LD(yay!),and I wondered "But I only read about LD'ing a few days ago?"I had my LD by waking up,using the bathroom, and naping right after that.So when I fell asleep,I was in a truck, wondering what? How did I get here and did my good ol' arm pinch and walla!I was LD'ing. So I thought "Hmmmm...not what I like."So I remembered about an episode of House and he said (in the episode) "I'm in a dream...so to wake up I got to do something unusal."So then I jerked the wheel and woke up before I crashed. It was a DILD by the way.

And today,I thought I would test drive WILDing. So it started off good numbness, tingling, heaviness. Then after a while I got the increased heartrate and plasma, but then I got such a pain in my uncomfortable arm I had to stop.

But anyway my questions are,can I LD just after a few days of trying?
And am I supposed to swallow because of my dry throat? Also,am I supposed to blink, keep my eyes open,or closed.
PS.I had plasma with my eyes open but then they dried out.
      Thanks
      PSS.Sorry for long post.

      hey.
everybody is different when it comes to how long it takes them to LD.
      keep your eyes closed.
swallow but don't concentrate too much on it.

Personally, when I get too uncomfortable, I just move. I only do that after I can't stand it though. Just don't think about the move too much and then just continue trying to WILD. Also, when I've had WILDS, I never felt the onset of Sleep Paralysis. The trick is to let your mind wander while you are still paying attention just the right amount. If you pay too much attention to where your mind is wandering, you won't fall asleep, but if you don't pay enough attention, you will fall asleep without noticing it.
