try to notice small detial in the dream. something that isnt quite right. then tell yourself u r dreaming. Remember, whatever u think in a dream happens. If you think that creature is going to chase you, it will. If you tell yourself it just wants to talk, it will. Look at your hands and will your dream away into whatever you want. GL.
